Invisible
Children,
the captivating movie about three young Americans who travel
to
Uganda
and record the current crisis, will be shown in the Boise
High auditorium at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, September 19th. After
viewing Invisible
Children last spring, a group of Boise High students
decided to act and raise awareness for the current crises in
Sudan
and
Uganda
. The students met to create a new club at Boise High
that promotes social justice. The club's inaugural
event is the showing of Invisible
Children. After the screening, there will be a brief
question and answer period facilitated by a representative
from Invisible
Children. Local
refugee agencies will also host tables with information on
volunteer and donation needs. The screening is free and open
