Boise Brave Parents hold an annual fundraising event each year to help support our programs and grants. We can’t do it without your help!

          Save the Date:  Saturday, March 16, 2013

Join us for our biennial fundraising gala, which will be held at the Stueckle Sky Center, BSU.  You will enjoy a wonderful evening seeing old friends and meeting new parents while supporting quality Boise High programs and the Boise Brave Parents organization.

Tickets will go on sale in January, but save the date now!  This has been a sell-out event in years’ past!

Volunteer

We could not raise funds and support important Boise High School programs with out you!  Please consider donating your time or talent to make our fundraising event a success.  Contact Cindy Gustavsen, your 2012-2013 fundraising chair at:  Fundraising@boisebraves.org  for how you can lend a helping hand!

VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED!

Would you be willing to help with the 2013 Gala?  We have many opportunities and I know there is something for everyone! 

Event Co-Chair:  Help with event planning and execution.

Solicitations:  I would give you a specific area/category to target (ex. ‘Restaurants’).  I will also provide a list of past donors to help with the process. 

Student Manager:  Organize and manage the Boise High students who will serve as runners and spotters at the Gala.

Audio/visual:  Do you have a talent here or know of anyone who does?  We would like to run pictures on the screen through-out the Gala of students/Boise High events.  We will need numerous photos!

Check in and Check out the evening of the event.

Clean Up:  Pick up any left items the night of the Gala (ends at 11:00).  Clean up should be minimal.

On-line Auction Administration:  We will be placing some of our auction items online this year.  Can you help with the management of this function?

Accounting:  Help with running the budget, managing tax rules, and dealing with expenses/income.

Dessert Auction:  Manage the dessert auction.

In addition to volunteers, donations are critical to the success of this event.  Please contact me if you have an item or service that you would be able to donate.  All donations are tax deductible.  Hope to see everyone at the Gala—our opportunity to show our Commitment to Excellence!
