Boise High Grants
What are they?
Money given to teachers to improve the education they can provide.
Where does this money come from?
It comes from generous members, donors, alumni, faculty and parents just like you! Boise Brave Boosters and the Parent Board raise these funds through membership and special events.
What is the process?
All teachers are notified when the board is offering grants; because of outstanding fund raising we have done this both in the spring and fall. The teachers submit their requests and a subcommittee reviews them before the board makes a decision.
What are the criteria?
Instructional materials or equipment are eligible. Items funded by the Boosters become the property of Boise High. Teacher training, stipends or salaries are not eligible nor are items, which may be funded through the Boise School District.
