About Boise Braves Boosters

School funds directed to the daily operations of Boise High School provide only about 30% of the operational costs necessary for performing arts and athletics.  The Boise Braves Boosters supports the yearly operational costs for athletics and performing arts.

It is our wish that coaches, teachers and mentors can spend more time  educating, coaching and assisting our students and less time on managing fund raisers.  Anyone is invited to become a member of the Boise Braves Booster program.  Help us keep Boise High School one of the most Challenging Schools in the nation.

We help the school with what we like to call the “Three A’s” – Academics, Activities, and Athletics.

By providing funds to assist teachers with the Math, Writing and Spanish centers or helping to purchase a new training table to ensure our athletes/athletic trainers stay on top of their game, hosting monthly teacher appreciation lunches, chaperoning dances – there is something for anyone who wants to be involved.

We give in big ways   – providing essential annual operating funds for items including choir robes, CPR mannequins, hosting a bi-annual gala to support annual teacher grants and contributing to necessary facilities improvements.  We also fund programs like Character Education, the Brave Empowerment Network (BEN), and a student assistance fund to support those who struggle financially.

Boise High School was recently recognized for the 20th straight year by the Washington Post as one of America’s Most Challenging Schools.
